We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands content, platforms, and performance — someone who can turn ideas into engaging posts and results.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Write clear, engaging captions and coordinate visuals with the design team.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare basic reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram algorithms.
- Good copywriting skills (Arabic & English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work with designers and marketing teams.
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Skills (Plus)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of paid social ads.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies.
