Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands content, platforms, and performance — someone who can turn ideas into engaging posts and results.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Develop content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Write clear, engaging captions and coordinate visuals with the design team.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare basic reports.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram algorithms.
  • Good copywriting skills (Arabic & English is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work with designers and marketing teams.
  • Organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
 

Bonus Skills (Plus)

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social ads.
  • Experience in digital marketing agencies.
