Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our people operations, recruitment process, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR procedures while helping build a strong and productive team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

  • Coordinate interviews with department managers

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support performance management processes

  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee relations and internal communication

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives


Requirements

  • Proven experience as HR Specialist or similar role

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office

  • Knowledge of local labor laws

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agency or fast-growing company

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • HR certification is a plus
