We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our people operations, recruitment process, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR procedures while helping build a strong and productive team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Coordinate interviews with department managers

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support performance management processes

Assist in developing HR policies and procedures

Handle employee relations and internal communication

Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements

Proven experience as HR Specialist or similar role

Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office

Knowledge of local labor laws
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agency or fast-growing company
