Atomica is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth, build new client relationships, and expand our market presence.
Experience in Digital Marketing is a strong plus, but not a must.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a sales mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients

Present Atomica’s services in a clear and persuasive way

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Maintain and update sales pipeline and reports

Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to close deals and achieve targets

Highly organized and self-driven

Background in Digital Marketing is a plus
