Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

Atomica is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing processes, performance tracking, and operational efficiency across all clients and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage marketing workflows, processes, and SOPs
  • Set up and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Organize and manage tasks using project management tools (e.g. Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
  • Oversee campaign execution across paid media and digital channels
  • Optimize tools, tracking, and marketing automation systems
  • Support Account Managers and Media Buyers with data-driven insights
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all client accounts

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Trello is a must)
  • Understanding of paid media, performance metrics, and analytics
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical mindset
  • Agency experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
