Job Description
Atomica is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing processes, performance tracking, and operational efficiency across all clients and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage marketing workflows, processes, and SOPs
- Set up and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
- Organize and manage tasks using project management tools (e.g. Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
- Oversee campaign execution across paid media and digital channels
- Optimize tools, tracking, and marketing automation systems
- Support Account Managers and Media Buyers with data-driven insights
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Ensure consistency and quality across all client accounts
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Trello is a must)
- Understanding of paid media, performance metrics, and analytics
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical mindset
- Agency experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
